Congratulations! You’ve now arrived at Day 2 of our Adventure Planner journey.

We hope you had fun with yesterday's Big Picture Planning session. Defining your goals both big and small is fun and exhilarating, but it's also normal to sometimes feel a little overwhelmed and perhaps a little anxious about this process.

If this sounds like you, don't worry. Before the end of our journey, we will guide you through breaking down your big goals into smaller, achievable milestones. For now, simply trust the process and take a deep breath.  

Day 2 brings the focus on your mental and physical health. 

Your adventure begins with a healthy body and sound mind. Take a moment to plan your self-care routine and set your health & fitness goals for the year.

Whenever you feel like you’re running on empty, do one or more of the items on your self-care routine to “fill your cup” and make you feel whole again.
