Returns & Exchanges

Returns 

• Returns are accepted if the item is unused and in original condition. They will be accepted up to 30 days of delivery confirmation date.
• Digital products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
• A full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping cost, will be processed as soon as we receive the return items in the same condition in which it was shipped.
• For apparel and accessories, there will be a $7 restocking fee for refund. 
• Please email hello@theadventureplanner.com with your Name, Order Number and your reason for return. We will process your request promptly.

Exchanges

If you have reasons to exchange an item, please return your original item first before ordering a new one from the shop.
