Day 3: Your Three Month Focus

Welcome to Day 3! Today you’re going to decide which goals you want to focus on for the next three months.

While yearly goals are great for big picture planning, medium term goals are the most effective at forming sustainable habits which are crucial to long term success. You’re also more likely to build upon the positive momentum achieved by the completion of each milestone.

Take some time today to decide on your most important goals to focus on for the next 3 months. Break down your goals into smaller milestones and map out your action plan. Find an accountability buddy for each of your goals to keep yourself on track.
